Return or Exchange policy
Mercy Aari Materials Shop offers a 2-day replacement guarantee for all products sold. Please note that sold products cannot be returned. Products will be replaced only in cases of damage due to transportation. We will bear the return courier charges(same as the shipping charges payable to return). we don’t have RTO options and only customers are responsible for initiating and managing the return courier process.
In case the customer wants to exchange a product that they have ordered by mistake the customer will have to bear the two-way courier charges. We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchange options on all products. Please ensure your selections are accurate before completing your purchase
We cannot process refunds for incorrect addresses. Packing, shipping, and return-to-origin (RTO) charges will be deducted, and only a partial amount will be refunded as per our policy.
Customers are responsible for initiating and managing the return courier process. Please follow the provided guidelines for packaging, addressing, and shipping your return. For any assistance or inquiries, feel free to contact our customer support team.
We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions
- Wrong Product shipped by us.
- The product received is defective.
- In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by email at mercyaarimateials@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
- No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
